3. AI-Generated Images

• Images generated by the App are AI-imagined illustrations and do not accurately reproduce actual school lunches.
• Allergy information displayed is for reference only and accuracy is not guaranteed. Please rely on official information from schools for actual allergy management.

4. Prohibited Activities

• Unauthorized use, disassembly, or reverse engineering of the App
• Excessive access to servers or unauthorized use of APIs
• Actions that disturb other users

5. Disclaimer

• The operator assumes no liability for damages arising from use of the App.
• The operator is not responsible for temporary suspension or disruption of AI image generation services.
• Menu analysis accuracy depends on the quality of input data.

6. Service Changes and Termination

The operator may change, suspend, or terminate the service without prior notice.

7. Changes to Terms

If these terms are changed, notification will be provided within the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. In case of disputes, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
