Lunch Box (hereinafter referred to as "the App") respects user privacy and is committed to protecting personal information. This Privacy Policy explains the information collected and used by the App.

1. Information We Collect

The App collects the following information:

• Device Identifier: An anonymous ID randomly generated within the App. It is not linked to your name or email address.
• Menu Data: Information about school lunch menus entered or photographed by the user.
• Allergy Settings: Allergy information optionally configured by the user.
• Child Profile: Birth month, gender, and facility type information optionally configured by the user.
• Camera & Photo Library: Used solely for the purpose of scanning menu images. Captured data is not retained on our servers after menu analysis.

2. Purpose of Use

• Analysis and image generation of school lunch menus
• Customization of images based on allergy information
• Improvement of App functionality

3. Disclosure to Third Parties

The App uses the following services for menu analysis and image generation:

• Google Gemini API: Used for menu text analysis and image generation. Google's Privacy Policy applies.

We do not provide personal information to any third parties other than those listed above.

4. Data Storage

Data is securely stored on Cloudflare, Inc. servers. Menu data and generated images are stored in association with the account (anonymous ID).

5. Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your data, please contact us through the in-app contact form or at the email address below.

6. Children's Privacy

The App does not directly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. The App is intended to be used by parents or guardians.

7. Changes to This Policy

If we make changes to this policy, we will notify you within the App.
